We are an Information Technology company run by twin brothers with several associates. “The owner’s in the store.” Paul was a senior VP at a large Indiana AAA. Nick learned the trade at Press Ganey. Paul and Nick own the business, and with their associates work directly with you to implement technology collaboratively and effectively. We are not looking to help you install some mega system that costs a lot and takes a long time. We work with clients to utilize and tie together the systems clients already have and identify scalable new solutions that are implemented easily.

Paul's career in social services began as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guyana. He's dedicated to modernizing processes for non-profit agencies, government entities, and businesses using his Master of Social Work degree, strong relationships, and technical expertise. Co-founding Community Based Networks with his brother Nick, he harnesses data's power in social services and healthcare. Beyond work, Paul enjoys family time, running, podcasts, and travel.

Nick, an Indiana University South Bend graduate in Accounting, began his career at the family auto repair shop, gaining hands-on experience for five years. He then transitioned to banking, working in the accounting department before joining Press Ganey as a Business Analyst, specializing in Process Improvement and Quality Control. In 2018, he partnered with his brother Paul to aid organizations in streamlining processes, enhancing quality control, and expanding business opportunities.
